The City of West Des Moines Emergency Medical Services is proud to offer CPR courses from the American Heart Association (AHA). For CPR certification, you may either take BLS or Heartsaver CPR. The course you choose depends on the requirements for your certification, either from your employer or a licensing bureau. Please confirm your requirements prior to registering for a course. If a certification card is not required, you may also choose to learn CPR skills via a Family & Friends course.
