New Device Tech Help

Register for a 30 minute session for one-on-one help with your new devices!  Our assistants have been trained to help with a variety of technical questions on smart phones, tablets, and laptops. 

Please let us know your specific needs in the registration info below.  Call the Library's Adult Services Desk for more information at 515-222-3403.   

Note: Assistants are not able to diagnose issues with malfunctioning devices.  Basic device and computer usage is assumed.
